The lodge is two separate sides of 3 bedroom units. This unit has accesses to the Ski shuttle that will take you to stagecoach. Hop on the shuttle and be right at the front and jump on the lift to Ski or Snowboard!!! Featuring majestic vistas across many decks. A private hot tub and shared pool are great for relaxing, while the home theater room and lounge area helps you unwind after a long day. Even the family dogs can join for the fun! Did we mention the GAME Room with POOL TABLE and FOOSBALL, and if you like get a workout iin the the onsite GYM!
Located on ten acres, it will be tempting to spend all your time outdoors admiring nature. Whether you enjoy skiing, hiking, or fishing, or mountain biking right out your back door there is truly no shortage of adventures to be had at this Southern Lake Tahoe Nevada home. Note this property has the capacity to fit a few extra cars comfortably.
This house is located an easy drive Stagecoach Lift which historically has the shortest lines even on the weekends so ski more wailed in line for skiing, and a shuttle stops at the end of the driveway to go up to Heavenly Ski Resort. It is a short walk to a local restaurant, liquor store, and market, and a quick 14 min drive from casinos, golfing, and activities on Lake Tahoe. During ski season the ski shuttle will pick up guests at the end of the driveway and shuttle them to Stagecoach high speed chair, minutes from the home.
Please beware before booking your stay that our property management company requires you to sign a contract additionally, in order to provide check-in instructions and grant access to the property.

Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
