Atrium at Altitude has two master suites and a bunk room making it perfect for two families or two couples. Split bedroom floor plan gives everyone plenty of space and privacy! This top-floor condo has vaulted ceilings, a large gas fireplace and a loft for a second living area or extra sleeping space. Sleep 10 comfortably in beds including the queen-size sleeper sofa with new memory foam mattress.
Recent updates include heated kitchen and bathroom tile floors, new washer/dryer (private in the condo), new cabinets and countertops and plush carpeting. A private ski locker is available for our guests in the heated garage.
The Atrium complex has just undergone a multi-million dollar exterior update including brand new shared hot tub and shared outdoor living area.
The Atrium lobby provides a great space to relax with books and games. There are shared gas grills in the outdoor common area.
Parking: The Atrium complex has a large underground heated garage with first-come, first-serve parking spaces. 1 parking spot available per condo, additional parking is available at the nearby ice rink for a nightly fee.

Luxe Living Vacation Rentals provides linens, towels and startup of bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper; premium coffee from a local Breckenridge coffee roaster. We take customer service seriously and are here locally to serve you quickly for questions or issues.
All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
HOUSE RULES:
Minimum age of primary renter is 25. All guests must be at least 25 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents.
Max adults 8, only up to 10 occupants if two or more are children
Copy of state ID required from primary renter
No parties, no events, no smoking, no pets
Please note there is NO ELEVATOR in the Atrium building and the unit is on the 3rd floor. We do not recommend the unit for handicapped guests.
