The Space
This Home has been lovingly renovated into a modern and cozy retreat with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Although we do have a futon in the office nook, we personally think it comfortably hosts 10 adults/kids best.
NOTE: Community boat ramp at Lion’s Park.
Each bedroom has a lake view. Master bedroom is downstairs with a king bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs guest bedroom is a queen bed with walk-in closet. Third guest bedroom is 2 twin over full bunk beds and a walk-in closet. Both guest bedrooms share second full bathroom in the hallway at top of stairs. Half bath is located downstairs.
Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans and basic cooking spices, full sized fridge and double ovens.
Bathrooms provide 1 bath towel per booked guest, make-up cloths, and hair dryers.
In the outdoor kitchen you will find a full-sized barbecue grill connected to propane and grill accessories.

Guests will have full access to the house and property with exception to a couple of closets for the owner's/housekeepers use only.
There is plenty of parking (auto, boat, RV) in the driveway and across the street.

We are a pet friendly home with a max of 2 pets - We want you to enjoy the luxury of having your pets with you during your vacation but please be courteous and clean up after your pets… if they poop, you scoop. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or in the beds. A pet addendum will need to be signed and return prior to checkin and pet fees per pet will apply. Weight and Breed Restrictions.
