Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82 F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.

For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
We are happy to welcome pets! For stays up to 7 nights, a one-time pet fee per pet, per stay is applied during the booking process. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night, charged separately after booking confirmation. Please contact us before booking if you need clarification about the applicable pet fee. Breed restrictions apply.
