Escondido at Sienna Hills is one of Ivory Homes' new Townhome Resorts in Southern Utah. It is situated in a beautiful red rock type of valley, just minutes away from I-15. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. You can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, have the time of your life playing video games in the loft equipped with surround sound, or play a game of foosball with the family. Spend your days in the beauty of nature and come home to your own private paradise! Check out the Washington Recreation Center where there is a pool, splash pad, gym, lazy river, rock climbing, slide, and much more! Located nearby are Sand Hollow Reservoir, Zion National Park, and lots of biking/hiking trails and golf courses. There will be endless amounts of fun during your stay at Escondido!

This newly built 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home can comfortably accommodate 19 guests. Downstairs off the entryway is a queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom. Just around the corner, you will find an open-style floor plan with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room, with lots of room for cooking and spending time with your loved ones. Watch the sunset from the covered patio, just outside the dining room and kitchen. BBQ on the brand grill, surrounded by comfortable patio furniture, all protected from the elements. Off of the kitchen is where the Master Bedroom is located, with an en-suite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! Upstairs you will find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is additional room for entertainment and family fun in the upstairs loft area. Whether you are playing video games or watching a movie, you will be immersed in the experience with the Surround Sound System. If you find yourself wanting to get outside, there is a community pool, pickleball courts and local petroglyphs you can explore.
