This six bedroom home is located in San Antonio just a few doors away from the Instituto Allende. It s an amazing location close to multitudes of shops and restaurants. There are six bedrooms on the property one of which is adjacent to a large guestroom. Ideal for families with children or close friends/family. All bedrooms have air conditioners which also provide heat. The home also has a elevator which accesses all levels of the house including the rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of San Miguel de Allende.
After entering the home through a well manicured garden you ll enter the main level of the house. It is well designed to include a living room, dining area and a full kitchen with two refrigerators. One of the six bedrooms is also on this level. Off of the living area is an outdoor seating and dining area which leads to a large garden. In the garden you ll find a private large guest room with a king sized bed and ensuite bath. Also in the garden is a private garden area with seating.
The additional bedrooms are on the second and third levels and have a well gardened terrace with a seating area. On the upper level you ll find a roof terrace with a full kitchenette, bbq grill, flat screen TV, dining, seating area and a jacuzzi/spa. The house is ideal for a group of 10 but can easily accommodate up to 15 guests.

Nightly: $ 850 / $ 1,000 for Holidays. Weekly: $ 4,500 / $ 5,400 for Holidays
Two night minimum except for major holidays.
Rates do not include the following taxes: VAT/IVA 16% and Hospitality 4%
