Located 2 rows from Santa Carmela Beach, Villa Renata offers 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, but that is just the beginning. As you make your way through the house, you will be welcomed with a game room that features a pool table, games, wet bar, and theater area, salon spa with massage table, in-home gym & sauna, office spaces, and much more. The kitchen comes loaded with state-of-the-art appliances that are ready for the preparation of a gourmet meal from yourself or one of our incredible private chefs. Along with this villa's suite-style bedrooms, it also has a maid's quarters with a full bathroom. With large glass pocket doors in the bedrooms, you will be able to seamlessly enjoy the indoor and outdoor living areas.
As mentioned above, transitioning between the indoor and outdoor areas of this villa is a simple task. But once you find yourself outside, you might not want to return for the rest of the day. With a large and private lawn, rooftop terrace, custom-built pool and hot tub, and several fire features surrounded by lounge seating, it's nearly impossible to resist the charm of Villa Renata. Located within walking distance, you have an exclusive stretch of beach that offers soft white sand and warm ocean water. Along with all of this, its equipped with a BBQ and luxurious indoor/outdoor dining area. Located inside the community is a beach club and tennis courts.
