We have instituted a mandatory wait time of 24 hours in between stays and are using the highest safe clean protocols available. We are performing a high touch wipe of each and every surface as well as 'fogging' each home with an anti-bacterial spray as a last and final step before your check in. You can rest easy that we've taken extraordinary steps to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe place to relax.
This spacious and modern mansion located in Veranda Palms is only 15 minutes to Disney Parks and the Orange County Convention Center.
Inside
Your every need has been considered as the home is outfitted with loving care. No more searching around for places to charge your devices. You will find charging hubs in virtually every room, sometimes more than one! Just bring your cables and leave those bulky plugs at home. Fresh filtered water from the refrigerator, all the starter amenities to get you on your way in the laundry room, the kitchen, and the bathrooms are provided. Grocery stores are so close it’s easy to replenish whatever you need.
The HUGE 19 seat cinema room with popcorn maker is sure to be a hit for sports games or movie nights.
Enjoy the rock themed games room loft with a full size juke box, pool table. Full size guitar hero. Professional poker table, Multiple game systems and even Full size pac man game. there is no end of games to play and keep the kids (or young at heart!) occupied.
There are 15 bedrooms total, each with their own bathroom, 11 King beds, 1 bedroom with two full beds (Frozen), one with 2 sets of bunk beds (Pac Man), One with two twin beds (Lego) and one with one set of bunk beds (Jurassic Park). Each kids bedroom has it's own theme including Frozen, Jurassic park and Pacman!
The kitchen offers high-end modern stainless steel appliances. Some of these include large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with built-in filtered ice and water dispenser, ultra-quiet dishwasher with hidden controls, convection oven with 4 stovetop burners and a warming burner, and a built-in large-capacity microwave oven with sensor cooking. Also featured are high-end kitchen cabinets with stainless steel hardware, a spacious kitchen island and elegant granite countertops. The cabinets are loaded with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for all ages and all the conveniences of a well-stocked kitchen.
It’s easy to stay connected with an assortment of built-in charging ports for your devices and free WiFi internet. If you care to pack light, feel free to clean up with the brand new stainless steel washer and dryer.
Outside
Large oasis with private screened oversized heatable pool and jacuzzi, outdoor theatre, summer kitchen with BBQ grill and sink. No rear neighbors and even a water view. Enjoy complete serenity as you listen to the soothing sound of dual waterfalls along the back of the pool or the roaring jets of the attached heated spa (pool and spa heat optional). You could spend your entire vacation out here if the rest of the home’s executive features were not so inviting.
Guests have access to free high-speed wifi, cable TV and club house with resort style pool, poolside cabanas, fitness center and walking/jogging trail. Ideal for big families, groups or corporate travel and events, this home has all the services, facilities and amenities to accommodate every type of vacation.
Parking: Please be aware there is no street parking in the community. To avoid possible towing please park in your drive way or marked parking spaces near your home. Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time. It is not permitted to park these type of vehicles within the community and will be towed at owner’s expense.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable.
