SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS & LAYOUT
Upstairs:

Primary Bedroom: King Bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with comfortable linens and natural light.

Downstairs:

Bedroom 3: King Bed.
Bedroom 4: King Bed.
(Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a full hallway bathroom).

Note on Comfort: To support a good night's sleep after active days outdoors, all beds throughout the home have firm mattresses.

GUEST ACCESS & PARKING: Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. Parking is strictly limited to 4 vehicles maximum (2 inside the garage, 2 in the driveway) per local guidelines.
