 Once owned by Muppet master Frank Oz, this classic Tahoe cottage is full of charm & just 2 short blocks to Marla Bay homeowner's beach. It is a lovely walk to the beach in a private neighborhood. This house is located in the quintessential Lake house neighborhood where memories are made. It is also conveniently located a few miles from Stateline and Heavenly village. But away from the hustle and bustle of South lake Tahoe. 
 The home has updated kitchen w/stone counters, butcher block island & KitchenAid appliances. Create your own happy memories in the large living area w/stone fireplace & pine plank floors.  Outside there is a deck for relaxing & dining with a beautiful fenced in backyard w/mature plants.  Enjoy a game of horseshoes or sit on the patio next to a historic stone fireplace & BBQ.  This backyard is a great place to spend time with family and friends.  There is a room under the home where the washer and dryer are located. 
There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one down stairs. In the house you will find five bedrooms, 2 bedrooms on the entry level and 3 upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a large room with 5 beds great for sleepovers with friends or family.  Connecting the upstairs bedrooms is a little sitting room with a futon couch for that friend that invited himself to the party.

Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500; and
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

Not central AC, portable AC only one unit for smaller properties and 2 for larger ones.
