We welcome you to come and relax and enjoy the beauty of the perfect desert Oasis at Paseos 1163! Spend your days exploring the local scenery as you hike Zion National Park, splash in the waves at Sand Hollow State Park, or free passes to Washington Rec center and cool off in the beautiful pools and kids splash pad area. As the day of fun comes to a close, get ready to enjoy a night at the theater under the stars at Tuacahn Center for the Arts, then off to dinner at one of our wonderful restaurants, or return home to your own desert paradise and cook some delicious food on the provided BBQ grill or in the spacious kitchen. Spend an evening under the stars in your private hot tub or lounging on the patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful desert night. Come inside and cozy up on the couch for a movie on the large Smart TV with Youtube TV Streaming provided.

This beautiful 5-Bedroom 5 Bathroom home can comfortably sleep 14 guests, and with the use of a cabinet murphy bed, fit as many as 16 people for the ultimate desert vacation! The first bedroom features a King Bed with a TV, as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom. The 2 bedroom offers a Queen bed with Smart TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a combo bath and shower. Bedroom #3 has a King bed and a Trundle bed with Smart TV, with a beautiful Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed and Trundle bed with a pullout futon twin bed, with Smart TV. Bedroom #5 has a King bed with Ensuite Bathroom and Smart TV.
