Description

Does not face the beach, parking can be difficult, older building with relatively thin walls that can be noisy. The building is located in is right on the Sand, this is an interior unit. Step out your back door and you will see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the excellent restaurants.

This is an efficiency unit, Ok for 2 adults and up to 2 kids max. It will be small for more than 2 adults. Apx. 225 square feet.

4 other ocean front units available in this building, one right across the hall, perfect for a multi-family vacation or a romantic getaway.

One of the best beaches and vacation spots in Southern California. Great surf and boogie boarding waves, walk to great shops, restaurants, and so much more. Access to a great bike bath that takes you up and down the entire peninsula. Less than 20 minutes to Laguna Beach, 30 minutes to Disney, about 1 hour and 45 minutes to see World, about 1 hour and 20 minuts to Lego Land. From another guest who stayed in the building, Just a short note to express our gratitude for a great place. It was everything we wanted and expected when we reserved the condo. We had a terrific time. We would recommend the place based on location, value our gracious hosts. There is so much to do in and around the area. Thanks for the downtime. Who knows, we may see you again same time next year. Have a good one.

Ocean front building, the unit itself is not ocean front.

This unit does not come with reserved parking. There is free street parking and a number of city lots nearby, with that said, during the summer, on holidays, and busier times of the year it can be difficult finding parking.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500

If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to guests.

Cancellation policy and procedures

Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance. Guest is charged 50% 59 days prior to arrival. 50% refund for cancellations at least 30 days in advance. Guest is charged the remaining 50% balance 29 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 30 days.

Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it s important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.

Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.

For those that don t like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn t purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.

The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn t purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

Example request.

I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn t purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I m requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
