This newly renovated home is well located on Aldama between the Parroquia and Parque Juarez. Internationally acclaimed interior designer Rachel Horn of RHI Interiors and San Miguel architect Gregory Lowenstein completed the three year project in 2019.
Each of the four master suites has a king sized bed, sitting area, en suite bathroom, coffee station, wine cooler and air conditioning. Three bedrooms are on the pool level and the fourth bedroom is more private on the third terrace level.
Gourmet kitchen with all modern amenities, stainless appliances, stone countertops, and generous storage. There is also a large staff kitchen on the entry/garage level. The swimming pool is located on the second level with ample seating and bar area.
On the roof terrace is a wet bar, bathroom, large seating area and some of the best views in San Miguel.
Casa Aldama XXVI is fully staffed with a house manager, cook, maid and gardener. Tips are $ 75 per week per bedroom and are collected in advance. Tip rules apply for short rentals.
House rules: No children between 2 and 12, no pets and no parties larger than 20 persons without owner approval. Inquire about event rules.
